About the Event

The event "Sprint and Solve: The Ultimate Brain Race" was a highly engaging and skill-based competition held at our college. With 60 participants from various departments, it provided an excellent platform for students to exercise delegation skills and employ their individual strengths in a fun, competitive environment.

Event Highlights

• Diverse skill-based challenges including observation, memory, logic, word hunting, and speed typing

• Simultaneous execution of tasks to enhance coordination and time management

• Encouragement of delegation by aligning tasks with individual strengths

Event Structure

The event consisted of five distinct tasks designed to test different skill sets: Observation, Memory, Logic/Reasoning, Word Hunting, and Speed Typing.

Participants were grouped into teams and asked to decide amongst themselves who would perform each task based on their skills.

A committed team of student coordinators and volunteer leads managed the event end-to-end, supported by volunteers who ensured smooth conduct and fairness throughout.

Feedback

The event was warmly received, with participants enjoying the unique format that required both individual skill and teamwork. Many appreciated the opportunity to practice delegation and to work on tasks aligned.

Event Brief

Sprint and Solve: The Ultimate Brain Race" successfully met its objectives of teaching delegation, testing diverse skills, and fostering team spirit. The event set a positive precedent for similar future initiatives in our college.
